Digital health interventions for lifestyle and weight management

Description
Lifestyle management (diet, physical activity and behavioural advice) is crucial for improving the health of the population for weight and chronic disease management. Electronic and mobile health (e and m health) strategies are increasingly used either as tools to support guideline translation and standard clinical care or for low intensity remote delivery tools for conducting lifestyle interventions. This project will involve the development of e and m health weight management approaches (weight gain prevention, weight loss and weight loss maintenance) to use in contexts including clinical care and community use for women and for women with higher risk conditions (eg polycystic ovary syndrome, infertility or menopause). It will involve systematic reviews, stakeholder engagement, program development and delivery and implementation research.
