NK Cell - Single Cell Transcriptomics

Description
Natural killer (NK) cells are innate lymphocytes that play a vital role in the immune response through their ability to directly kill transformed and virus infected cells, and by orchestrating the early phase of the adaptive immune response. This project will utilise single-cell RNA sequencing resources to decipher the regulation of genes involved in lysosomal biogenesis. The results may identify important gene programs driving functional diversification and specialization during NK cell differentiation and hold potential to guide new strategies for NK cell-based cancer immunotherapy.
